Lower Granite Reach

Lower Granite Reach begins at the confluence of the Clearwater and Snake Rivers and ends at the Lower Granite Dam on the Snake River. Here the Snake River turns west, entering the rich Palouse country, known for it wheat production. Most of the farming is above the river and invisible to the river user.
